Efrat Deloya

Efrat is a brave young woman who was in one of the kibbutz in the South on Oct 7th (she hid under the bed for 8 hours before she was rescued), and is now living in my building indefinitely in light of the situation.
She has a well established eyebrow shaping business but given she is displaced is looking for clients here in Tel Aviv. She is also a makeup artist.

Cannot recommend her enough – just went to see her for eyebrows/upper lip threading and she did a fantastic job!
The building is around Allenby/Balfour area.
